Site Angels Ltd is recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor on a flagship development in Tranent, Scotland. You will guide buyers from initial enquiry through to handover, delivering a premium customer experience and coordinating with solicitors, mortgage advisors and internal teams to drive completions.

The role requires a confident, professional approach with strong organisational skills. A full UK driving licence and transport are essential for visits across the site network.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes on a busy, high-profile development.

• Maintain accurate records and follow company sales procedures.
• Work weekends as part of your standard rota (with two consecutive days off midweek).
