Job summary

Team Resourcing Limited is recruiting a New Homes Sales Consultant for a prestigious site in Bicester. The role focuses on engaging buyers, showcasing a stunning development, and guiding customers through the purchase journey with strong sales targets.

Hours are 10am-5pm with a base salary up to £35,000 and OTE £60,000+ plus benefits. Weekend work is required on a rota, with mileage paid and a generous pension and private medical cover included.

• Experience within property sales/New home sales is essential.
• Face-to-face sales environment experience is required.

They are looking to appoint a New Homes Sales Consultant's for a site in Bicester. A bit about the job:

A new home sales representative's primary purpose is to facilitate the sale of newly built properties by actively engaging with potential buyers, showcasing the features of the development, negotiating offers, and guiding them through the purchase process until completion. The New Home Sales Negotiator reports to the Sales Manager and carries out all aspects of the day to day running of the site sales complex, ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey.

Hours: 10am - 5pm.

Base up to £35k OTE £60,000+ plus benefits including 1 weekend off in 4.

What experience do you need?

• Experience within property sales/New home sales industry is essential

• Experience of working within a face-to-face sales environment.
