Job summary

TeamSales is seeking experienced New Homes Sales Consultants in Swindon and surrounding areas to provide temporary cover for multiple developments.

Ideal candidates will have New Homes Sales or estate agency experience, excellent interpersonal skills and CRM proficiency, a valid driving licence, and be available to work weekends, with a commitment of at least two days per week including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Homes sales or estate agency.
• Excellent interpersonal and immaculate presentation.
• Understanding of compliance when selling New Homes.
• IT literate with experience of working on CRM systems.
• Experience in the retirement sector an advantage.
• Car and driving licence required.
• Available to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary cover for New Homes sales across multiple developments in Swindon.
• Work at least 2 days a week, including a Saturday, for weekend bookings.
