Job summary

Crest Nicholson plc is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the South West Division in Stoke Gifford on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract. You will guide customers through the purchase of their new homes and assist with snagging issues, liaising with site teams to resolve queries.

You will coordinate with contractors and technicians to minimise disruption, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and manage multiple cases with strong organisational skills, supported by senior teams when needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support customers through their new homes purchase, aiding them through snagging issues or remedial work.
• Speak with members of the public affected by construction sites, resolving queries and reporting information to site teams.
• Coordinate with contractors and technicians to complete works quickly with minimal disruption.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Manage several cases at once with good organizational skills and timely follow‑ups.
• Handle difficult conversations, manage expectations, and deliver above and beyond for customers.
• Support senior customer service teams with an escalation path for more serious faults or defects.
