Team Resourcing Limited is recruiting a New Homes Sales Consultant for a prestigious site in Bicester. The role focuses on engaging buyers, showcasing a stunning development, and guiding customers through the purchase journey with strong sales targets.

Hours are 10am-5pm with a base salary up to £35,000 and OTE £60,000+ plus benefits. Weekend work is required on a rota, with mileage paid and a generous pension and private medical cover included.

Qualifications

• Experience within property sales/New home sales is essential.
• Face-to-face sales environment experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale of newly built properties and engage with potential buyers.
• Showcase features of the development and negotiate offers.
• Guide buyers through the purchase process until completion and ensure excellent customer service.
