Job summary

TeamSales are seeking experienced New Homes Sales Consultants to cover temporary assignments in Rugby and surrounding areas. We provide regular support for ad-hoc and ongoing assignments across multiple developments.

Ideal candidates will be available for at least 3 days a week, including weekends, with potential for ongoing or permanent opportunities. A driving licence and car are preferred for site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience of New Homes Sales or Estate Agency.
• Immaculate presentation and professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Understanding of compliance when selling New Homes.
• IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Car and driving licence required.
• Available to work on weekends.
