Job summary

Sandicliffe Ltd in Leicester is seeking a New Car Sales Advisor to join our team. You’ll guide customers from enquiry to handover, provide expert product advice, and ensure every buyer leaves delighted with the vehicle and the service received.

This full-time, permanent role with Mazda offers realistic OTE (£40,000) plus a company car and benefits, within a supportive dealer group that values integrity, teamwork and career development.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a passion for people and cars.
• Experience in Car Sales / Automotive Sales.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and by phone to understand their needs.
• Presenting and demonstrating new and approved used vehicles.
• Managing the full sales process, including finance and insurance products (FCA compliant).
• Achieving and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensuring every customer enjoys a professional, friendly, and memorable experience.
