Sandicliffe Ltd. in Nottingham is seeking a customer-focused Car Sales Advisor to work across new and used vehicles at our Sandicliffe Dealership, Nottingham.

You willWelcome and support customers in showroom and via digital and phone channels, guiding them through the car-buying journey with transparency and care. The role focuses on building trust, understanding customer needs, and delivering a trustworthy buying experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not essential.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A professional, approachable, and inclusive manner.
• Comfortable working towards targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support customers in the showroom and through digital and telephone enquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicles.
• Clearly explain vehicle features, finance options, and additional products in a compliant and ethical way.
• Arrange and conduct test drives.
• Manage customer relationships from enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Car Sales Advisor – New & Used

Location: Sandicliffe Dealership, Nottingham
OTE: £40,000
Contract: Full-time (including weekends on a rota basis)

Exciting times ahead! Due to expansion and a NEW BRAND joining us, we are looking for 2 Car Sales Executives to join the team!

About the Role

At Sandicliffe, we put people at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a customer-focused Car Sales Advisor to join our Nottingham dealership, working across new and used vehicles.

This role is about building trust, understanding individual customer needs, and delivering a transparent, supportive car-buying experience. Whether customers are purchasing their first vehicle or upgrading, you’ll guide them through each step with confidence and care.

We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. If you bring strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
