Job summary

Sandicliffe Loughborough is seeking a Transaction Manager specialising in used cars to maximise sales, ensure compliance, and support customers throughout the purchasing journey. You’ll work with Sales and Finance teams to deliver a seamless experience and drive showroom performance.

The role requires automotive sales experience, strong finance knowledge, and a proactive, customer-focused approach, with a full UK driving licence. Competitive salary with uncapped OTE and benefits is offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring finance, insurance and paperwork are completed accurately and compliantly.
• Present and tailor finance and add-on products based on customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them confidently through their purchasing journey.
• Support and coach the Sales team to improve performance and close deals.
• Conduct part-exchange valuations and provide sound advice to customers.
• Maintain accurate records, diary management, and post-sale follow up.
• Work with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and drive showroom performance.

About the Role

Are you an experienced automotive sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving results? We’re looking for a Transaction Manager to join our Loughborough team, specialising in used car sales.

As a Transaction Manager at Sandicliffe Loughborough, you will play a pivotal role in maximising sales opportunities, ensuring compliance, and supporting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to deliver a seamless and exciting purchase experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring all finance, insurance, and paperwork is completed accurately and compliantly.
• Present and tailor finance and add-on products based on customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them confidently through their purchasing journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally previous experience in a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or similar role within an automotive dealership.
