Newsquest Media Group in Enniskillen is seeking a Telesales Consultant to drive new business with outbound calls and build relationships with local business owners. You will promote The Impartial Reporter’s advertising solutions across digital and print channels, targeting County Fermanagh and Tyrone.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business through proactive outbound calling and prospecting activity.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers in the local area.
• Understand customer objectives and recommend advertising solutions from our portfolio.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity targets, KPIs and revenue goals.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline from initial contact through to close.
• Follow up leads and identify opportunities to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
