New Business Sales Manager (Sponsorship Sales)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) - UK, Europe, N.America

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in event sponsorship or sales? Do you have a talent for securing high-value partnerships and a passion for building relationships with top IT, Marketing, or HR companies? If so, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  1. Identify and engage prospective sponsors within a variety of sectors.
  2. Build strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their goals and position their sponsorship and delegate opportunities effectively.
  3. Choose your market - UK, Europe, US, and Canada markets are seeking sales people.
  4. Develop and present compelling sponsorship packages to potential clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive revenue growth.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure sponsors get maximum value from their partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. New Business Sales both at sole contributor level, but also senior leaders with team management experience (salaries open depending on experience).
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  4. Confidence in engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  5. Previous experience selling into either IT, Marketing, or HR sectors.
  6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
