Job summary

Onecom is recruiting a Sales Executive (New Business) for an on-site role in Brighton. You will engage with customers by phone, identify their needs, and introduce our business technology solutions, backed by comprehensive training and support.

The position offers a base salary of £25,200 per year with uncapped commission and an achievable OTE of £30,000–£35,000. Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:45-5:30, Fri 8:45-4:00.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers - predominantly SMEs to qualify them on mobile, fixed line, connectivity and cloud service requirements.
• Taking inbound calls, sending emails, diary management and pipeline management.
• Building rapport and developing relationships over the phone.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Generating meetings to discuss mobile, fixed line, IT and telephone systems.
• Achieving individual and team targets.
• Keeping accurate records using our CRM system.
• Delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
