You will qualify enquiries, secure viewings, and close deals with support from an experienced team. The role offers uncapped commission (OTE £38,000–£40,000), a starting salary of £26,000, and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact businesses to understand their requirements.
• Qualify new leads, introduce services, and identify relevant options.
• Gain commitment from clients to view potential workspaces and pass details to the Progress Management team for booking.
• Work with clients before and after viewings to shortlist options and provide advice.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with providers to secure deals.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for viewings, deals, and revenue.
• Complete all mandatory training modules annually.
