Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment in Fareham/Southampton area is recruiting Sales Executives to build new business relationships, qualify customer requirements by telephone, and deliver tailored solutions. The role offers a £25,750 base salary with uncapped commission and realistic OTE to several six figures for top performers.

Year 1 OTE £60K; Year 2 top billers £80-£100K. Hours are Mon-Fri 08:45-17:30 in a full-time office. Excellent benefits and progression opportunities are highlighted in the package.

Qualifications

• Building new business relationships via outbound calls.
• Qualifying customer requirements by telephone to tailor solutions.
• Negotiating pricing and delivering tailored sales proposals.
• Working towards agreed sales targets and outcomes.
• Managing customer data in CRM systems to ensure clean records and follow-ups.

Responsibilities
