Job summary

Pickle is a talent partner for fast-growing businesses. This remote-first role focuses on generating and developing charity, mosque and community partnerships across the UK, driving growth through proactive outbound activity and a strong network.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to first campaign, travel regularly to engage with community leaders, and work within the platform owner's pricing framework to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing new business in B2B partnerships or business development.
• Experience selling to organisations with multiple stakeholders and committees.
• Right to work in the UK and based in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close charity, mosque and community-partnership opportunities.
• Build pipeline through outbound activity, network and events.
• Face-to-face relationship building across UK cities and events.
• Own the end-to-end pipeline from prospecting to onboarding.
• Develop commercial recommendations and secure approvals within framework.
