Job summary

Pickle is seeking an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to join a global technology-focused programme on a six-month fixed-term basis. The role spans enablement, SME work, learning and stakeholder engagement, helping a distributed community build knowledge and practical capability in a fast-moving tech environment.

You’ll translate complex information into clear learning, work closely with stakeholders, and become a trusted subject matter expert across products and experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, enablement, learning, product education or closely related field.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage audiences of varying seniority.
• Excellent content creation skills to translate complex information into practical resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise across relevant technology, products and experiences.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training, workshops, demonstrations and enablement sessions.
• Create and refine learning materials including presentations, facilitator resources, FAQs, product explainers and video content.
• Support a distributed partner community through regular communication and knowledge sharing.
• Identify knowledge gaps and anticipate learning needs as products evolve.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify information and ensure learning is accurate and relevant.
• Act as a trusted information source and bring in SMEs when required.
• Represent partner needs and feedback to stakeholders clearly.
