Job summary

JustGive10 is seeking a Partnerships & Growth Lead to own the charity side of our UK marketplace. You will build lists of UK charities, shepherd them through verification, onboarding, KYC and Gift Aid setup, and drive adoption of our flat-fee platform.

In this role you’ll blend sales, product feedback, and customer success, representing JustGive10 at sector events and shaping the quarterly partner pipeline with defensible numbers.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in partnerships, business development, or fundraising, ideally with at least one role inside a UK charity or sector platform.
• Comfort with a consultative sale: you can walk a finance director through a fee comparison without flinching.
• Strong written communication. You will write a lot of one-page memos.
• UK right to work.

Responsibilities

• Build a target list of UK charities (Charity Commission registered, £100k-£10m income) and run consultative outreach.
• Walk new partners through onboarding, KYC, Gift Aid setup, and their first campaign.
• Collect structured feedback from charities and feed it into product priorities.
• Represent justgive10 at sector events and on calls with sector bodies.
• Own a quarterly partnership pipeline with clear, defensible numbers.
