Job summary

Pickle is seeking an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to join a global technology-focused programme on a six-month fixed-term basis. The role spans enablement, subject matter expertise, learning and stakeholder engagement, not just training, helping a distributed community stay up to date in a fast-moving tech environment.

You’ll translate complex information into clear learning, work with key stakeholders, and create materials, videos and guides.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, enablement, learning, product education or a closely related field.
• Strong content creation skills to turn complex information into clear, practical resources.
• Confident stakeholder management and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise across relevant technology, products and experiences.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training, workshops and enablement sessions.
• Create and refine learning materials including presentations, FAQs and video content.
• Support a distributed partner community with regular communication and knowledge sharing.
• Identify knowledge gaps and anticipate learning needs as products evolve.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning is accurate and relevant.
• Act as a trusted information source and escalate to SMEs when needed.
• Represent partner needs to stakeholders and manage shifting priorities.
• Deliver learning materials that are accurate, engaging and high quality.
