Job summary

Pickle is seeking an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to join a global technology‑focused programme on a six‑month fixed‑term basis, remote‑first in the UK. You will develop subject‑matter expertise, facilitate virtual and in‑person training, and create learning materials.

You’ll support a distributed partner community, translate complex information into clear guidance, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure relevance and practical impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, enablement, learning or product education.
• Ability to quickly develop understanding of complex products and technology.
• Experience facilitating learning for experienced professional audiences, virtual and in-person.
• Strong content creation skills to turn complex information into clear, practical resources.
• Confidence working with senior or demanding stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Curious, investigative approach—ask questions and find the right answer.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong subject matter expertise across relevant technology, products and experiences.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and face-to-face training, workshops, demonstrations and enablement sessions.
• Create and refine learning materials including presentations, facilitator resources, FAQs, product explainers, quick-reference guides and video content.
• Support a distributed partner community through regular communication, knowledge sharing and practical guidance.
• Identify knowledge gaps and anticipate what the community will need to know as products, services and information evolve.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify information and ensure learning is accurate and relevant.
• Act as a trusted source of information, responding to questions and bringing in the right subject matter experts where required.
• Represent the needs and feedback of the partner community clearly and constructively to stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities independently and adapt quickly when requirements or information change.
• Ensure learning and enablement materials are accurate, engaging and delivered to a consistently high standard.
