Job summary

Pickle, a profitable UK consumer technology business, is seeking a hands-on Product Growth leader to own the motion that turns peak-moment users into year-round habitual users. You’ll work with Product, Engineering and Analytics to ship changes that move metrics and growth across the portfolio.

You will report to the Head of Product and drive growth loops, lifecycle strategies and experiment cadences. This is a remote-first role with London meetups and a strong emphasis on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in product growth, growth product management, consumer growth or a closely related discipline.
• Curious about user behaviour and how small changes affect product journeys.

Responsibilities

• Repeat Users: own in-product mechanics, lifecycle orchestration and experiment pipeline end to end.
• Growth experimentation: identify high-value opportunities and run measurable experiments with clear hypotheses.
• Activation & conversion: collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding and first-use.
• Retention & habit formation: drive frequency and long-term engagement through lifecycle interventions.
• Product-led growth: test referral, sharing, gifting, invitation loops and ship them.
• Lifecycle growth: use email, SMS, push and in-product messaging to improve activation and retention.
• Growth analytics: analyze funnels, cohorts and experiments from first touch to repeat behaviour.
• Go-to-market: define execution-level positioning, launch mechanics and early traction.
