Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager - M&E / Building Services in Reading, UK. Hybrid working options with client-facing activities in and around the Reading area.

You will own new business development, targeting M&E consultants, contractors and developers, with coaching and product training, and clear progression opportunities. There is a strong earning potential through a £55,000 - £60,000 salary plus quarterly bonus and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales / business development experience.
• Track record of generating new business.
• Background in M&E, Building Services, Lighting, AV, Smart Tech or related fields advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new B2B business with M&E stakeholders.
• Target consultants, contractors, developers and specifiers.
• Prospect, cold call and generate appointments.
• Develop relationships and identify projects.
