Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Reading is seeking a Business Development Manager for the M&E / Building Services sector. You will own new business development, targeting M&E consultants, contractors and developers while representing a rapidly growing international company.

This role offers hybrid working, client-facing responsibilities, and a clear path for progression with specialist product training. A proven B2B sales background and a full UK driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales / business development experience.
• Track record of generating new business.
• Background in M&E, MEP, Lighting, Building Services, AV, Smart Technology or similar.
• Existing industry contacts advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new B2B business.
• Target M&E consultants, contractors, developers and specifiers.
• Prospect, cold call and generate appointments.
• Develop new relationships and identify projects.
• Full product and technical training.
• UK client visits with office based working when not visiting prospects.
