New Business Development Manager

A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for a New Business Development Manager to join one of the UK's fastest-growing beauty and supplement providers, based in London. Our client is a market leader, introducing pharmaceutical and healthcare products manufactured in Europe and Japan to the UK market. They are now expanding into Saudi Arabia and are looking for a self-sufficient Business Development Manager to lead the charge.

We are eager to speak with exceptional individuals that are self-motivated, result driven and have proven technical skills in the sales sector. Responsibilities
  • Be a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client expectations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the wellness and natural supplements sectors.
  • Identify and approach potential distributors, retailers, pharmacy chains, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Build strong B2B relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Work closely with our team on logistics, compliance, marketing support, and brand positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and agreements.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, conference calls, and presentations to build strong relationships and foster trust.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay current with emerging trends and to provide a presence.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or distribution within FMCG, wellness, or health sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully signing and managing distribution/retail partnerships.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
