Job summary

INDLEE in the UK is expanding its sales team and seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new business across an agreed UK region. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, cold-call prospects, and secure meetings with decision makers to win customers.

The role requires real B2B new business sales experience, industry knowledge of PPE/workwear or laundry services is preferred, and a track record of hitting targets with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Proven in a B2B new business sales environment.
• Experience selling PPE, workwear or laundry services is advantageous.
• Hungry to earn through an uncapped commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new customers within your UK region.
• Develop territory and target sectors with strongest opportunities.
• Prospecting and generating own leads; cold calling and meetings.
• Build relationships with key decision makers; conduct face-to-face presentations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate terms; manage sales process to close.
• Develop long-term relationships with newly won customers and exceed targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and customer needs.
