Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business across a flexible UK region. You will win new customers in PPE, workwear and laundry services, using a door-knocking and phone-led approach.

The role offers a base of £35k–£45k plus uncapped commission with OTE £50k–£60k+, a company car or car allowance, and home-based working within a UK territory.

Qualifications

• Proven in a B2B new business sales environment.
• Experience selling PPE, workwear or laundry services is preferred.
• Able to prospect and close new business.
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new customers within the assigned UK region.
• Prospect and generate your own leads; cold call and arrange meetings.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Develop long-term relationships with newly won customers.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to close.
• Work toward and exceed sales targets and stay aware of industry trends.
