Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Pathway Co-ordinator for the Neurosurgery service. The role involves coordinating patient pathways from referral through treatment to follow-up, and managing RTT targets to ensure timely access to care.

You will work with clinicians and administrative colleagues to schedule appointments, admissions and theatre activity, while maintaining high data quality in Careflow PAS and related systems.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent keyboard and computer skills required.
• Education to GCSE English standard or equivalent.
• Training will be provided for BNSSG Patient Access Policy and computerised patient administration systems.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate patient pathways from referral to treatment and follow-up in Neurosurgery.
• Manage outpatient and inpatient waiting lists in line with RTT targets and policy.
• Schedule outpatient appointments, admissions and theatre activity; support pre-operative assessment.
• Ensure data quality and input onto the Patient Administration System (e.g. Careflow PAS).
• Collaborate with clinicians, admin teams, GPs, patients and relatives; escalate issues as needed.
