Job summary

North Bristol NHS Trust is seeking an Assistant Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join the Vascular Network admin team. Based at Southmead Hospital, the role covers Bristol, Bath and Weston with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will support the Patient Pathway Coordinator, ensuring timely admissions and adherence to booking rules. The post requires good general education, strong IT skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Good general education including GCSE in Maths or English (or equivalent).
• Advanced keyboard and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Experience in NHS or similar organisation is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Patient Pathway Coordinator in ensuring efficient admission for investigations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining NHS waiting time standards and booking rules.
• Liaise with the Vascular Network team across Bristol, Bath and Weston.
