Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with accuracy and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Breast patient pathways and waiting lists.
• Book appointments and communicate appointment details to patients.
• Act as a point of contact for patients, clinical teams and other departments.
• Maintain accurate patient information on Trust systems.
• Review and validate waiting lists against targets and procedures.
• Prepare patient notes, results and information for appointments or admissions.
• Manage cancellations and queries, escalating concerns when needed.
• Provide patients with non-clinical information about appointments and booking processes.
• Collaborate with consultants and outpatient teams to ensure smooth progression of care.
• Bring urgent results or correspondence to the appropriate clinical team.
