Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join the Vascular Network administration team. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Southmead Hospital in Bristol, with coverage for the vascular network across Bristol, Bath and Weston.

Working as part of a clinical team, you will support the Patient Pathway Coordinator to ensure efficient patient admissions for investigations, procedures and day-case operations in line with NHS waiting

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in a healthcare/clinical setting.
• Ability to manage bookings and patient pathways.
• Excellent communication and teamwork within a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Patient Pathway Coordinator in coordinating admissions and investigations.
• Assist with booking rules and waiting time standards in line with NHS guidance.
• Work as part of the vascular admin team based at Southmead Hospital.
