Job summary

Reliance High-Tech Limited is seeking a Tech Support Engineer to provide remote technical support to customers and internal engineering teams, troubleshoot network, hardware, and connectivity issues, and handle hardware pre-build and configuration in the workshop prior to deployment.

The role requires strong IP networking knowledge, experience with patching and system upgrades, and familiarity with SQL/database technologies, plus active security/IT/networking certifications.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of IP networking, switches, firewalls, routers and VPNs.
• Experience with patching and system upgrades; remote access support.
• Active certifications in security/IT/networking areas.
• Experience with FAT testing.
• Familiarity with SQL/Database technologies.
• Experience integrating platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and verify prebuilt solutions and hardware per best practices.
• Provide remote support for field engineers, systems and customers.
• Assist commissioning for professional services teams.
• Maintain documentation for processes, systems, assets and credentials.
• Transition legacy systems to new solutions.
