Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled leader to shape the organisation's systems, data, and reporting strategy. This role involves overseeing critical business platforms, enhancing data quality, and leading a growing team dedicated to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong ERP experience, preferably with NetSuite, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Additional perks include a performance-related bonus and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business systems, data, reporting, or technology functions.
• Strong ERP experience, ideally including NetSuite or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Good understanding of systems integration, data architecture, and governance principles.
• Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions that support business performance.
• Demonstrable stakeholder management experience across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term systems and data roadmap.
• Oversee administration and optimisation of key enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM platforms.
• Establish data ownership, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
• Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems and data professionals.
