IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced NetSuite professional to join as an in-house expert. You will own the NetSuite environment, optimise configurations, and drive improvements across finance, inventory, order management and reporting.

You will act as the main point of contact for system queries, lead change management, train users, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure processes run smoothly. This role offers autonomy and visibility within a growing business.

Formación

• Hands-on NetSuite experience as administrator, owner or consultant.
• Confident configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, custom fields and forms.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience with inventory, WMS, or supply chain in NetSuite is a plus.
• Clear communicator who can explain change to non-technical colleagues and bring them along.

Responsabilidades

• Act as NetSuite expert and main point of contact for system queries and changes.
• Review existing configuration and processes; implement improvements.
• Optimise inventory and order management for accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain saved searches, workflows, reports, dashboards and forms.
• Manage users, roles and permissions.
• Work with finance team to ensure smooth NetSuite processes.
• Lead process change, including user training and documentation.
• Support and develop a junior team member.
