Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an Environmental Consultant to join its Environmental and Sustainability Services team in the UK. You will work within a multi-disciplinary group of engineers, planners and environmental specialists, leading environmental appraisals from feasibility to full EIA for planning applications across various regimes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EIA and relevant UK legislation.
• Experience with DCO schemes beneficial.
• Track record in project and construction environmental management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong IT skills.
• Flexible approach and able to spend time away from home base.
• Ability to manage own work within a wider project team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate environmental appraisals and assessments.
• Support project teams in scoping, preparation and delivery of EIA processes.
• Coordinate environmental, social and sustainability specialists.
