Glan Clwyd Hospital in North Wales is seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join the Special Care Baby Unit. The SuRNICC network supports two SCBU units across North Wales and provides care from 26 weeks gestation.

Welsh language ability is desirable; English and Welsh speakers are welcome. You will receive education and development opportunities, with support to complete the Neonatal QIS course and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold Band 5 registration as a nurse.
• Neonatal QIS course is required and supported by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, family-centred neonatal care from admission to discharge.
• Develop and implement care plans based on current evidence.
• Collaborate with parents and beteween multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care.
