Clarion Housing Group is seeking a customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to cover Mole Valley from Leatherhead. You will work with residents and external agencies to keep estates clean and safe, identify improvements, and support vulnerable customers with tenancy-related matters.
This 36-hour-per-week hybrid role requires travel across the Mole Valley region, with a base in Leatherhead and access to a vehicle.

Salary: £37,607 - £43,780 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 30th June 2027

We are looking for a customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officers to join us in the team covering Mole Valley. You'll be working collaboratively with our residents and external agencies to ensure that our estates are kept clean and safe and any improvements are identified, planned and delivered. Ensuring vulnerable customers are supported and that any anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented. Working proactively to be a visible presence on our estates ensuring residents sustain successful tenancies by providing guidance, early intervention, and practical solutions to tenancy-related matters.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Leatherhead where you will be out visiting residents and working on our estates in Mole Valley.
Access to a vehicle is essential for this role. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
