Job summary

Platform Housing Group in Louth is seeking a Localities Operations Coordinator to join our East Lindsey and Boston Borough teams. You will be a key contact for residents and Neighbourhood Officers, handling case management across anti-social behaviour, estate management and tenancy breaches.

You will maintain cases in the Housing Management System, update stakeholders, and support action plans, vulnerability risk assessments and safeguarding where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment with case management
• Strong organisational ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in diverse settings
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with empathy

Responsibilities

• Manage case notes and update the Housing Management System
• Act as the point of contact for residents and Neighbourhood Officers
• Maintain cases related to ASB, hate crime, safeguarding, tenancy breaches and estate management
• Ensure action plans are agreed, maintained and that risk assessments where appropriate are completed
