Great Places Housing Group is looking for a proactive Neighbourhood Services Officer to help our regional team deliver high-quality services to customers and build sustainable communities. The role covers rent arrears, tenancy allocations, estate maintenance, and data input into our housing system.

You will participate in regional projects, support accessibility to digital services, and help resolve customer queries with a focus on fair outcomes, while developing towards Neighbourhood Services

Qualifikationen

• GCSE maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
• A clean UK driving licence and access to a car would be desirable.
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment with a high standard of customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage tasks with time discipline.
• Keen eye for detail and good organisational skills.
• Competent level of ICT skills including Microsoft applications and ability to use mobile devices.
• Commitment to observed policies and equality and safeguarding standards.

Aufgaben

• Support the neighbourhood team to help customers manage rent and access financial help.
• Assist with moving customers into new homes, advertising properties, and shortlisting potential tenants.
• Provide assistance to access digital services and use housing management systems.
• Conduct estate inspections to keep properties safe and attractive.
• Signpost customers to local/national services for health, wellbeing and finances.
• Support regional and corporate projects and gather data for customer feedback.
