Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer for two opportunities on the Sussex coast, including Worthing. This 6-month contract offers both full-time and part-time posts with varied duties across tenancy management and community safety.

You will handle tenancy visits, estate inspections, ASB investigations, safeguarding referrals, and partnership work, delivering strong resident service and prompt problem solving.

Qualifications

• Previous housing or tenancy management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
