Job summary

Based in Brighton with hybrid working, regular travel to Brighton & Hove, Crawley and Lewes is required. The ideal candidate will have housing sector experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housing environment, handling nuisance/harassment cases.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
• Driver's licence and access to a vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-void inspections and viewings to minimise void turnaround times.
• Manage tenancy enforcement processes and prepare relevant documentation.
• Lead neighbourhood inspections and initiatives to improve estate standards and wellbeing.
• Support income recovery by assisting with rent/service charge collection.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, including statutory inspections and risk assessments.
