Aster Group in West Dorset is seeking a Neighbourhood Assistant to support the neighbourhood team with housing management tasks and customer queries. You’ll help manage mutual exchanges, tenancy changes and keep tenancy records up to date while visiting on-site across the county.

The role involves admin tasks, occasional out-of-office visits, and a requirement for a full UK driving licence. DBS check and right-to-work verification apply as part of our safeguarding processes.

Qualifikationen

• Background working in housing management.
• Experience communicating tenancy enquiries to customers.
• Able to travel across West Dorset with a driving licence.

• Provide administrative support to neighbourhood officers and handle a variety of customer queries.
• Manage the mutual exchange process, tenancy changes and update tenancy records.
• Respond to tenancy queries by phone and email and keep records up to date.
