Bluetownonline-Ltd is hiring a Neighbourhood Assistant in West Dorset to support the neighbourhood team with admin tasks and customer queries. You will help manage mutual exchanges, tenancy changes, and update tenancy records, working alongside a Senior Neighbourhood Officer.

You will be out in the community at times, delivering housing management support, visits, and inspections across the county, with some home-based administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Background in housing management or related public sector service.
• Strong communication skills with customers about tenancy enquiries.
• Ability to manage tenancy records and admin processes with accuracy.

Responsibilities
