Job summary

Wheatley Homes Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Neighbourhood Concierge to help create safe, clean and welcoming environments for customers living in our multi-storey flats in Glasgow.

You will build positive relationships with customers, provide a visible presence within our communities, and act as the first point of contact offering a friendly and professional service. This temporary, full-time role is based in Glasgow and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused individuals who are passionate about creating safe, clean environments.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service.
• Carrying out regular patrols and security checks to help maintain safe and secure environments.
• Cleaning and maintaining entrance foyers, lifts, stairwells, communal areas and surrounding environments to the Wheatley Standard.
• Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, anti-social behaviour and vandalism.
