Job summary

The Wheatley Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Concierge to help create safe, clean, and welcoming environments for residents in Glasgow and surrounding areas. You will be the visible presence in the community, building positive relationships with customers and colleagues while delivering exceptional service.

You will patrol and monitor for safety, conduct cleanings of foyers, lifts and communal areas, and report maintenance or health and safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service.
• Carrying out regular patrols and security checks to help maintain safe and secure environments.
• Cleaning and maintaining entrance foyers, lifts, stairwells, communal areas and surrounding environments to the Wheatley Standard.
• Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, anti-social behaviour and vandalism.
