Job summary

Wheatley Group is seeking Neighbourhood Concierge(s) in Glasgow and surrounding areas to create safe, clean and welcoming environments for residents in our multi-storey flats. You will be a visible presence, building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service.

The role involves patrols, security checks and reporting maintenance or safety concerns, all to Wheatley standards. A customer-focused and proactive approach is essential, with a commitment to inclusion and community

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service.
• Carrying out regular patrols and security checks to help maintain safe and secure environments.
• Cleaning and maintaining entrance foyers, lifts, stairwells, communal areas and surrounding environments to the Wheatley Standard.
• Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, anti-social behaviour and vandalism.
