Job summary

Wheatley Group in Glasgow is hiring Neighbourhood Operatives to deliver high-quality environmental services across our communities. You will maintain communal areas, perform grass cutting, and support bulk uplifts while keeping neighbourhoods safe, clean and welcoming for residents.

About the role

Our Neighbourhood Operatives play a vital role in creating safe, clean and welcoming environments for our customers and communities. Working across our neighbourhoods, you'll take pride in delivering high-quality environmental services, maintaining communal areas. You'll also engage with customers and help make a positive difference to where people live.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • maintaining communal areas and neighbourhood environments to a high standard;
  • grass cutting;
  • general cleaning of our neighbourhoods;
  • assisting with bulk uplifts and ensuring neighbourhoods remain clean and welcoming

As a Neighbourhood Operative, you will be a key player in creating safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for our communities. The successful candidate will embody Wheatley's core values and display outstanding customer service in all aspects of their work.
