Job summary

Bromford is seeking a Neighbourhood Coach to cover Tamworth and surrounding villages. You’ll manage a patch of around 200 homes, build strong relationships with customers, and work with partners to sustain tenancies and improve neighbourhoods.

The role is field-based with flexibility, involving home visits, travel across the patch, and collaboration with local teams. Driving license and DBS clearance are expected, with a commitment to community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role, ideally within housing management.
• Proven ability to achieve performance targets and maximise customer satisfaction.
• Tenacious and resilient, able to do what it takes to achieve the right outcome.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy sign-ups, changes and related enquiries.
• Provide coaching, guidance and support to help customers manage their homes.
• Handle anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns and complex tenancy issues.
• Take enforcement action where necessary, including preparing cases and evictions.
• Build relationships with local services and partner agencies to support communities.
• Work with maintenance teams to identify and elevate property-related issues.
• Collaborate with lettings to ensure efficient empty home allocation.
• Manage expectations around repairs, standards and tenancy responsibilities.
• Monitor and improve neighbourhood safety and wellbeing.
