Job summary

Bromford in Tamworth is seeking a Neighbourhood Coach to oversee a patch of around 200 homes, helping customers sustain tenancies and create safe, thriving neighbourhoods. This field-based role blends home visits with time in the office, plus coordination with local partners.

You’ll coach residents, manage tenancy issues, and engage with maintenance and lettings teams to resolve property concerns. A full driving licence and Basic DBS are required, with a fixed-term contract until March 2027 and

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to coach and support residents to sustain tenancies.
• Strong liaison and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy sign-ups, changes, and tenancy enquiries.
• Provide coaching and guidance to help customers manage their homes and tenancies.
• Handle anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns; take enforcement actions when needed.
• Build strong relationships with local services, community organisations and partner agencies.
• Work with maintenance and lettings teams to address property issues and ensure efficient allocations.
• Set clear expectations around repairs, property standards and tenancy responsibilities.
• Monitor neighbourhood conditions and coordinate actions to improve safety and wellbeing.
