Job summary

Bromford is recruiting a neighbourhood coach to manage a patch of homes in Wotton-under-Edge and surrounding areas. The role is full-time, permanent, and field-based with a mix of homeworking, office time, and customer visits.

You will handle tenancy sign-ups, changes, and safeguarding while building strong links with local services to improve residents’ lives. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, be resilient under a busy workload, and hold a full driving licence

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within housing management.
• Ability to manage a busy, varied workload with resilience.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy sign ups and changes.
• Handle low-level anti-social behaviour and safeguarding.
• Build relationships with local services to support customers.
• Allocate empty homes with maintenance teams and manage expectations.
