Job summary

Join Bromford Housing Group as a neighbourhood coach, covering a patch of around two hundred homes. You’ll oversee tenancy sign ups, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, and court-related matters while building strong relationships within the community.

Working with maintenance and lettings, you’ll allocate empty homes, manage expectations about repairs and escalation of issues. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential; some homeworking is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing management.
• Ability to manage a busy and varied workload and stay resilient.
• Must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy sign ups and changes.
• Address anti-social behaviour and safeguarding requirements.
• Handle court work and evictions where necessary.
• Allocate empty homes effectively in coordination with teams.
• Manage customer expectations around repairs and escalations.
