Davies seeks an experienced Litigated File Handler to join its Bolton team. You will manage a caseload of litigated RTA fraud files for insurance clients, working with senior lawyers to achieve commercially sound outcomes.

The role demands strong analytical skills, excellent client care, and adherence to strict timelines within a collaborative counter-fraud division. 35 hours/week, Bolton office-based, with agile attendance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
• Qualified solicitor/CILEX with necessary practice rights is desirable but not essential.
• Experience handling RTA pre-litigated or litigated caseload and insurance litigation processes.

• Run fraud cases from litigation through to resolution.
• Define and implement case strategy with clients and Lead Lawyer.
• Ensure adherence to process stages and deadlines.
• Identify strategic litigation opportunities and client trends.
• Maintain accurate case management records and billing.
